Dr. Olatokunbo Awolowo Dosumu, born on February 20, 1948, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, is a distinguished medical practitioner, diplomat, administrator, and the youngest daughter of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, SAN GCFR, and Yeye Oodua H.I.D. Awolowo, CON.
She began her education at UMC Demonstration School in Ibadan (1953–1958) and attended St. Anne's School, Ibadan (1959–1963). She furthered her studies in the United Kingdom at Felixstone College, Suffolk (1964–1966), and earned her medical degree from the University of Bristol (1966–1972). She later specialized in occupational health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (1978–1979).
